We are looking for a driven and organised Real Estate Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing, client outreach, and sales processes. 

Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, respond to incoming inquiries, and build positive client relationships by addressing their questions and needs.

2. Lead Generation: Support the lead generation process by assisting in various outreach and promotional campaigns, and actively working to expand our client base.

3. Property Listings Management: Update and maintain accurate property listings across multiple real estate platforms, ensuring that information is complete, up-to-date, and visually appealing.

4. Data Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and record performance metrics for each property listing, including views, inquiries, and client engagement rates, to help optimize marketing efforts and drive sales.

Qualification:

• Educational Background: Recent Bachelors graduates (any stream)
• Interest in Real Estate: A strong interest in real estate markets and investment products.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare structured reports and deliver professional presentations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in reaching out to industry professionals to gather insights and expand professional networks.
• Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other research or analytics tools is advantageous.
